Nathan Ball’s beautifully crafted songs and virtuoso guitar playing reveal a unique and uncompromising approach to song-writing. Frequently compared to folk legends Nick Drake and John Martyn, Nathan has been declared a ‘rising star of the acoustic music scene’ (Folking.com). As a professional Luthier by day, Nathan performs with instruments he builds himself and whilst his guitar work could easily stand alone, his gentle interweaving of enchanting melodies combined with poetic lyrics that make contemporary comment on the issues of the day, make for a genuinely raw and spine-tingling performance. When not playing guitars, Nathan can be found in his Somerset workshop where he builds them as a professional Luthier.
